The Tiny Tarts are the Country Tart's two young daughters who help out so much in the kitchen, in the creation of this blog and in the production of the SERVING up a SMILE weekly column, that it only seems fitting that they get their own space to share what it is they do.

Picnic with a Couple of Very Tiny Tarts!
Perhaps the best argument for introducing kids to fruits and veggies early: they are just that much more adorable when playing with their food! An added bonus is that they grow naturally learning to love the foods that love them back.
